  I won't base my review on the front office. Although it is true that you will wait, wait a while to be called up. Then you wait when you are called back to a room that has signs not to use a cell phone. I waited an hour and a half past what my appointment time was originally for even though I complied and had all my paperwork filled out before hand. Even though you get there 30 minutes early. The lady up front to the right. She snaps at you to sign in and sit down like you are a child. I must say this is the Southaven office. The lady I spoke to in the Memphis office was very friendly. I did like Dr. Greenberger. I liked the fact that he listened and took my concerns serious. I liked that he knew about a chronic illness I had that most don't understand and realized it had alot to do with why I was there. He dictated in his phone my visit so he would know. I like that. He then said, "Correct me if I say something wrong or leave something out." I Loved that, it shows he listens and cares.I would give this place 5 stars for the doctor alone. However, I think the receptionist needs to have compassion courses or something. They need to remember, we pay their pay check and we are there because we are sick and referred there by our doctors. We can always go somewhere else. People don't like to be treated rudely when you come to a doctors office. We are there because we are sick and not feeling well. Please teach that woman some compassion or get someone else to check people in. Apparently they are over booking people if we have to wait an hour to see the doctor. We don't like to have our time wasted. Please learn to schedule appropriately. Also please have seat covers for the bathroom. People have diseases and infections and you don't want to have to sit on the commode to pee in a cup. Please have consideration for your patients. We are humans not a copay.
