- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would like to personally thank n.p Mrs Nester and her staff for the insult. I went in today with the left side of my face/jaw hurting severely I explained my issue and told her I was going on vacation tomorrow morning and when I came back I would go to oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth cut out. I then asked for enough medication to last me until next week when I get back. She promptly left the room and another lady came in and all but walked me to the door where I was met by a lady at the counter who curtly said your medication is waiting at your pharmacy! My issue was not resolved and now I will have to deal with this severe pain of my jaw on vacation all because I was wrongfully generalized to what I can only expect as a narcotic seeker. I really wish I never had to deal with nurses,doctors or anybody else in the medical field but sadly we have issues that we have to come crawling and begging to them to try and get help. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family has been going there since 2005. My children are grown and still go there. Jerry listens and adds a humor not seen by many FNP's. They are about their patients and that's what impresses me. Jerry actually cares, and that makes the difference. I have been on the other side. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Skinner pays close attention to his patients. He also reviews past visits to make sure he understands your whole history. Most doctors just concentrate on getting you in and out. I feel safe and well taken care of because he does pay attention and will not hesitate to order the recommended test or treatments that are needed. I have also been seen by Dr. Ball and feel that he provides a very similar level of care. I always recommend this group to my coworkers and friends.March 04, 2017by Collen Roch
