- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪He couldn't get my insurance to approve a hip replacement surgery for me even after a peer to peer. I went and got a second opinion witch agreed that I needed the surgery. Had me running around trying to get my surgery approved. I called my insurance and he had not filed and appeal. The insurance company said I couldn't it's the doctor that has to do that. He is not a Cigna perfered Doctor. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone who has Cigna.August 05, 2017by Iris Chambers
